Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Once processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Tracking Your Order
All orders include a tracking number sent by email once shipped. Please allow 2–5 days after dispatch for tracking to activate on the carrier's website. If your tracking isn't updating after 7 days, contact us and we'll investigate.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility. PURRELLE is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within 30 days of the shipping date, please contact us at support@purr-elle.com. We will investigate and offer a replacement or full refund.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. PURRELLE is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at the time of order. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us within 12 hours and we'll do our best to update it.
