International Orders: 7–21 business days

International Shipping
Purrelle ships worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Purrelle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
